Beef au jus
2.5 lb chuck roast
1 can beef broth
1 packet onion soup mix
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 c red wine
Brown roast and combined with rest of ingredients in slow cooker
Cook low 6-8 hours
serve sliced/ broken up with rolls and sauce for dipping
